What type of oil should I use for infant massage?

We recommend using unscented, cold-pressed vegetable oils like coconut, avacodo, or olive oil. These are safe if your baby accidentally gets them in their mouth or eyes and are gentle on sensitive skin. Avoid mineral oils or heavily scented products.

How will the classes be conducted?

The classes will take place live on Google Meet, allowing you to join from the comfort of your home. After signing up, you’ll receive a link with all the details to access each session.

Can I bring a group of friends?

Absolutely! Grab all your friends and lets create a fun group together! Life is more fun with friends!

What age is best for starting infant massage?

I am certified to teach for infants 0-12 months. Infant massage is great for babies of all ages, but it's ideal to start when your baby is at least 4-6 weeks old and can enjoy calm, focused interactions. It’s also a fantastic practice to continue into toddlerhood!

What if I miss a class?

No problem! Each session includes detailed handouts and access to technique videos so you can catch up at your own pace. You’ll still have everything you need to master the techniques and enjoy the benefits.

Do I need any special equipment for the class?

Not at all! All you need is a comfortable space, a soft blanket or towel for your baby, and your preferred baby-safe oil. I will send you a list before class starts of things to have within reach like diapers, wipes, and water for you ect. I will guide you through everything else step by step.
