Wife, mom of two, nurse, certified postpartum + infant care doula, and founder of Mind Your Motherhood + Total Infant Care— Living out what I wish I had as a new mom!

Bringing home a newborn is beautiful, but it can also feel confusing, exhausting, and heavier than anyone prepares you for. Even with decades of experience caring for moms and babies, I struggled—emotionally, physically, and mentally. Postpartum depression, sleepless nights, feeding challenges, and the pressure to “get it right” made me wish I had someone steady, knowledgeable, and comforting at my side.

That’s why postpartum support matters so much.
And it’s why having a nurse + doula + lactation consultant in your back pocket is a game changer.

You deserve more than Google searches, conflicting advice, and figuring it out alone. You deserve expert guidance, emotional support, hands-on help, and someone who understands both the medical side and the motherhood side.

I’m here to help your whole family transition with more confidence, more calm, and a lot more support—walking with you through every messy, magical step of early motherhood.

I’m a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and over 20 years of experience caring for moms and babies. My journey has taken me from childcare provider to Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Lactation and over 12 years of Newborn and NICU nursing, giving me a deep understanding of both the science and heart of postpartum and infant care.

I’m also a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM), Board-Certified Health & Wellness Nurse Coach (HWNC-BC), Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC), Certified Postpartum + Infant Care Doula (CD-PIC), not to mention a MOM—which means I bring a well-rounded, compassionate approach to supporting new parents.

Babies are my passion, and I know first hand how overwhelming those early days and months can feel. My mission is to help families feel confident, supported, and deeply connected as they adjust to their new normal.

My support and services are designed to help you feel confident, cared for, and supported during your late pregnancy and postpartum journey. Whether you're preparing for baby in my Bringing Home Baby class, receiving personalized guidance through Mind Your Motherhood Doula Services, or connecting with your little one in my Infant Massage Class—every experience is designed with real life and real families in mind.

From lactation support and newborn care to maternal healing and emotional support, I offer evidence-based guidance that nurtures confidence, strengthens your bond with your baby, and eases the transition into parenthood. My approach is relaxed, flexible, and baby-friendly—because the early weeks are unpredictable, and support should feel like a hug, not a to-do list.

You don’t have to walk this season alone. With a nurse + doula + Lactation Consultant in your back pocket you’ll feel more prepared, more at peace, and more connected in the moments that matter most.
