Wife, mom of two, nurse, and founder of Total Infant Care.
Bringing home a newborn is one of the most beautiful—and overwhelming—experiences. I know, because I’ve been there. Even with years of experience in maternal and infant care, I found those early weeks incredibly hard. Postpartum depression, exhaustion, and the never-ending questions left me feeling lost and alone. I would have given anything to have a nurse in my back pocket—someone to guide me, support me, and simply say, “You’re doing great.”

That’s why I created Total Infant Care. Because caring for your baby starts with caring for you.

When a mother feels supported—truly seen, heard, and held—everything shifts. You shouldn’t have to figure it all out on your own. I’ll be right here, your personal nurse in your back pocket and postpartum guide, walking with you every step of the way.

I’m a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and over 20 years of experience caring for moms and babies. My journey has taken me from childcare provider to Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and over 12 years of NICU nursing, giving me a deep understanding of both the science and heart of postpartum and infant care.

I’m also a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM), Board-Certified Health & Wellness Nurse Coach (HWNC-BC), and Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC)—which means I bring a well-rounded, compassionate approach to supporting new parents.

Babies are my passion, and I know firsthand how overwhelming those early days can feel. My mission is to help you feel confident, supported, and deeply connected to your baby and their needs. I can’t wait to guide you on this journey!

My support and services are designed to help you feel confident, cared for, and supported during the postpartum journey. Whether you're preparing for baby in my Bringing Home Baby class, receiving personalized guidance through my Total Postpartum Care Package, or connecting with your little one in my Infant Massage Class—every experience is designed with real life and real moms in mind.

From lactation support and newborn care to maternal healing and emotional support, I offer evidence-based guidance that nurtures confidence, strengthens your bond with your baby, and eases the transition into parenthood. My approach is relaxed, flexible, and baby-friendly—because the early weeks are unpredictable, and support should feel like a hug, not a to-do list.

You don’t have to walk this season alone. With a nurse in your back pocket, you’ll feel more prepared, more at peace, and more connected in the moments that matter most.
